Fred Zolla brings more than 15 years’ leadership experience in Healthcare and more than 25 years’ experience in interactive technologies to Stratus Interoperable where his overall vision of solving the interoperability problem throughout Healthcare is the basis for the company.
In addition to product and service development, he has a comprehensive background in communication networks, patient records transport, interoperability, education technology and distance learning. He has taught and lectured throughout Europe and the United States. Fred was CEO and Chairman of the Board of Salutopia, Inc., founder of IMedicor, Chief Operating Office of Educational Video Conferencing and President of Distance Learning Associations.
He served on the White House Committee for technology in education chaired by then vice-president Al Gore and more recently on the Healthcare Advisory Committee that developed recommendations for “Meaningful Use” regulations. He has presented the Stratus Interoperable vision to a joint Senate / House of Representatives Congressional Briefing, The Senate Health and Labor Committees, The Doctor Caucus in the House of Representatives, The White House Healthcare Committee and the President’s top healthcare advisors. Fred earned an MBA from Trinity University.
Randy Karr is a seasoned leader in the healthcare industry, with a focus in establishing strategic partnerships and managing and directing the independent sales force. He has a proven track record in product launches, network distribution and acquisition. Randy joined Status Interoperable following his positions as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Salutopia, Inc., Vice President at IMedicor, and founder of Health Care USA. Randy attended the University of Alabama.
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Marciniak has over 25 years’ experience in leadership positions with international advertising and marketing agencies D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowels (DMB&B) and Bronner Slosberg Humphrey (now Digitas). His achievements include: developing successful brand, identity and communications programs for top Fortune companies; developing new agency based services, significantly reducing costs and increasing profits and notably, leading the brand strategy team enabling Eastman Chemical Company to successfully spin off from Eastman Kodak several years ahead of expectation.
Mr. Marciniak has 9 years of senior management experience with healthcare technology start-up firms, helping to bring Vemics (now iMedicor) from inception to a publicly traded company. In his current role, Mr. Marciniak is responsible for the company's strategic positioning, brand development and communications outreach. He is a member of the Design Management Institute and a former board member of the International Foundation for Chronic Disabilities and the Boston Chapter of the Family Firm Institute. Mr. Marciniak has an MFA in Communication Design and a BS in Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He served for four years in the United States Air Force.

F. Chandler Coddington is a Co-Founding Board of Director for Stratus Interoperable. He has a successful record as an investor and founding director in the insurance, financial and healthcare industries. Among the companies on whose boards he has served are: LifeBank USA, where he served until its sale to Celgene, PlasmaSol Corporation, which was acquired by Stryker and Hunterdon County Micro Brewery. He was a Founding Director of Kaesu.com and Vemics. He has also served in advisory board positions for Travelers, St. Paul, Cigna and the Connecticut General Life Insurance Company. He is presently a Director of the Hilltop Community Bank. Mr. Coddington served 4 years in the United States Army as an infantry officer and retired as a Captain. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine.
